What are the lease terms?

We offer washer and dryer rentals in Charleston, South Carolina on a month-to-month basis with a three-month minimum. Keep the machines as long as you need them; just call us for a free pickup when you’re done. We provide flexibility with no long-term contracts required.

No—this isn’t a rent-to-own program. It’s a simple lease. Holy City Appliance owns the machines, so you don’t have to worry about repairs or maintenance. We’ll deliver everything to you, keep it running smoothly, and pick it up when you’re done. Easy, stress-free, and taken care of by a local team who’s here for you.

We keep things simple. There is no credit checks required. To get started, you’ll need a valid ID, and bank-issued credit card for automatic monthly payments (prepaid cards aren’t accepted). Renters must be at least 18 years old, and all rentals require a minimum commitment of three months. Once you’re set up, we’ll take care of the rest—delivery, service, and support whenever you need it.

No, we’re not able to guarantee specific models, as the appliances we deliver depend on what’s available on your delivery day. That said, if you have special space requirements—like a narrow laundry area—please let us know ahead of time. We’ll do our best to match you with a machine that fits your space, though we can’t always guarantee availability.

Our standard machines are white, side-by-side washers and dryers with agitators. Most washers offer approximately 3.5 cubic feet of interior capacity. We do our best to provide matching washer and dryer sets, though brands may vary. As rental units, the machines may show normal signs of use, such as minor scratches or small dents.

We require all customers to keep a card on file for automatic payments. Your monthly rental fee will be automatically charged on the same day of the month as your initial delivery. If you need to change your payment method, please log into the client portal. 

We typically provide service within two to three days of receiving a maintenance request, depending on your availability. If we cannot resolve the issue during your maintenance appointment, we will replace your washer or dryer machine on that same day at no additional cost to minimize disruption.
